Growing importance of RPL in European Higher Education
Networking at the national and European level is crucial to build trust in recognition of prior learning and to support national and European policy development.
Rúna Vigdís Guðmarsdóttir
Rúna Vigdís Guðmarsdóttir has been involved in the internationalization of education since 2007, when she became responsible for a lifelong learning programme at the Icelandic National Agency. Previously, she worked as an international coordinator at the University of Iceland and was seconded to the European Commission. Rúna is currently the Director of the National Agency for Erasmus+ in Iceland and coordinates the national network for credit transfer (RPL).
