Data protection information on data processing in the context of online conferences at the German Rectors‘ Conference (HRK)

Your personal data is processed exclusively within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions of the German data protection law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation.
I recognise that my data will be used according to German Rectors’ Conference (HRK) privacy guidelines. I agree that the HRK may use my data to organise the above-mentioned conference. This includes especially the selection of submitted contributions, the publication of the programme and the documentation of the conference. HRK may publish some of my personal data (name, institution, CV) and details of my proposal (title and description of contribution) in printed publications and/or on the websites of HRK or of partner institutions. After your registration, your data will be processed by our event service provider. To ensure data protection-compliant processing, we have concluded a data processing agreement with this provider, incorporating the EU standard contractual clauses. The data will then be forwarded to HRK and imported into our local database for further processing. I am aware that I may revoke this consent for a particular or all purposes at any time by sending an e-mail. In this case, the data will be deleted and consequently the submitted contribution cannot be considered further. Data processing carried out on the basis of this consent before my revocation remains lawful.
